Lorex security camera team service?
Hi, I have worked with Tech. support a dozen times or more. The result has been no solution and no call back to date as promised. I have attempted to work with the customer support team in good faith attempting to even pay for an upgrade or replacement. The results were broken promises.
I'm requesting a call from John Distelzweig, Eric Miller or Steve Gold Vice President, Sales.
I have received a return authorization for my unit but feel a better solution would be the HDIP84W and LND 3374B-2PK at the price promised. At this point I far meet you more than half way on a solution.
Iโm asking that your company honor what was promised of a discount on a new system that can be found in your internal emails or resolve the internal issues with a HD system to works with Android operating system.
I feel I have been a good customer and supported your product and my time is of some value. Therefore I ask that you make some efforts to compensate me for a product that has been unable to work as promised.

don't buy unless you at less recieve 20% discount- That is thier lowest standard discount. Ask others have recieved.
Reason of review: being lied to about acall back, price and product .
Monetary Loss: $1500.
Lorex Pros: Concept of the product.
Lorex Cons: Did not delive as expected and then lied.
