On December 4 I ordered LWF1080W-64 security system from Lorex web site. Website showed that this product in stock.

In the confirmation email it also showed that product in stock. After 4 days I called to the customers care and ask about the item. I was told that product was on back order but now they received it and I'm going to get very shortly. Also the company representative open an escalation for this issue.

After that I called 3 more times to this company and every time different person told me the different story (needed 3 business day to get response from head office, this week the main office is not working (week of December 17-th), but next (Christmas) week they will work (when nobody is working). Also I can't contact ANY manager.

I can speak only with the sales person who won't transfer call to manager or supervisor.

So now after two and half weeks after placing the order I don't know when I'm going to get the ordered item. This is ridicules.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
