I purchase my Lorex flair 8 Camara system in 21st Feb 2017 installed 6 Camaras, at night they turned black & white, during the day they did not returne to colour, Lorex replaced the 8 Camaras, but when i installed them the Same thing accured, I reported this on Nov 8th 2017 I’ve been on the phone for several hours, transfers from customer service technical support department to technical support Supervisor Now I’m told my claim is in the back room, no one has returned my calls for 3 weeks, technical support has acknowledged that my security system is faulty. meanwhile I still awaite a call from there escalation team to make decision wether to replace my security system, on December 28 I received an email requiring me to take photograph of 6 individual power adaptors i complied I sent them the photos, they replied they will analyse and send me an update in due course, 5 days later i receive another email informing me that they haven’t heard from me in five days theirfore if I don’t reply in 48 hours they will cancel my ticket quit clearly looking to close my claim without a reselution of my claim, the customer service torture goes on, this is now 2 Months Everald Wright
