I had been using their LNR616-N DVR for several months before it failed. It was connected to a UPS to regulate power, but now it won't boot.

None of the external lights come on, but the Lorex logo flashes on screen when I attempt to boot the unit. I requested a replacement unit in July 2017 and subsequently bought a spare DVR because I couldn't wait for them to process the return. From that point I hadn't heard back from them until I sent them a follow up email on September 28th. 11 days later they requested the same information in my original request so I followed up with that information within 2 days.

I followed up again 5 days later and still heard nothing back.

Today, October 23 I received an email stating they want to close my case because there has been no activity in 5 days. I am now on hold in their support *** and have been for the last 45 minutes.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1100.
