They have sent me replacement cameras that didn’t even work.The worst customer service I have EVER encountered and I used to work in customer service too.
They are hard to understand and only read their script. You ask for help that’s not on it and they just keep repeating the same thing over and over. If you contact them you had better record the conversation because they don’t talk to each other or write any notes of what they agree to after you do get someone to talk to you like a human being. Heed all of these negative reviews and SAVE YOURSELF the distraught of dealing with this company!
No joke and I’m not over exaggerating.
Save yourself.I have finally got through to a Team Lead supervisor who is actually assisting me but even he is having issues assisting me due to other departments within the company.
