I placed an online warranty claim on two cameras which ceased functioning within 2 weeks of installation. Lorex assigned a ticket number over two weeks ago, but never actually followed up by responding to me....

nor did they respond to my email follow up request. Nor do they answer their phone as there is always a 12-30 minute or more wait for service. You can however leave a call back number BUT it doesnโ€™t workโ€ฆ they seem to be conveniently have issued with that function of their system.

If you buy Lorex....

it's best to understand that there REALLY is no warranty. Let the buyer beware.
