Lorex - Waiting, waiting, useless!

I've attempted to call customer service three times. Each time I was put on hold for over an hour. I was told by one gentleman that I would be in queue for 30 minutes. It ended up being over an hour. I really wanted to like this company. I purchased a camera system from them and never had issues with customer support in the past. Unfortunately, that will be my last purchase.
