After over 10 hours on the phone with technical support, we were told our Lorex HD four camera system does not offer adjustments to motion sensitivity. It only records in a 4-5 foot range, not the 20 foot range as Lorex describes.

It is being returned for a better system. Technical support was helpful (after three ticket numbers) but apparently the infrared sensor does not allow you to adjust motion settings, like other units do. We hope to get our $500 back, as I've read some are still waiting for refunds after two months!! What a waste of time and energy.

So much aggravation to have to put it all back in the box after two days of trying to get it to work. I do not recommend Lorex products.

Reason of review: Not as described.

Monetary Loss: $430.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Day 19 waiting for refund. They said 14 days, now say business days not counting holidays.

Very poor service for a return.

Cameras alerted every time a leaf would blow by, but people would walk by with no alert. Type your message here
