The lorextechnology has a Terrible customer service. the reps hardly speak English and and read lines from manuals or some other sources.

they have no idea how to help. for every question you ask, they will put you on hold and get an answer back from someone . the answers mostly what don't make sense. the order is in process but they say status is on hold but no alerts received.

they say it will take 2 days to receive an alert.

i do not recommend getting into business with them. if you do and need any customer service, you are out of luck !
