Tried three times to resolve issue of defective camera under warranty. Lorex responded with replacing camera, but never did.
Closed ticket and ignored the issue. In response to additional calls and tickets, Lorex ignores them completely and the requests customer satisfaction surveys. How did we do? They didn't!!!!
They refuse to acknowledge the fact that you have a problem.
When you open the package and 7 out of 8 cameras work perfect, and the last is defective. You think they would replace it without doing a complete technical evaluation of the system received before continuing to approve the ticket for the defective product to be replaced.
