Our DVR stopped working, it will continue to restart itself and won't fully turn on. After several back and forth emails with their IT department to troubleshoot, we were told to call customer service because we were outside the warranty.
When I called and explained the issues I was given two price ranges for replacement DVRs, when I asked for more information regarding the warranty on refurbished units I was transferred to another agent. I was put on hold for 40 minutes. After waiting I spoke to a rude agent to gave me my options, when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were on another call. When I was given no other options I was then laughed at.
Never before have I had a customer service agent that laughed at me when their product clearly was deficient. I'm waiting for their email replay, I'm not wasting another second of my life on the phone, sorry, on hold with them.
