I purchased this right before xmas and hooked it up.It worked for 2 months then an alarm and error code 10006 so I have been calling for months off and on and noone ever answers the phone, I have been calling for months and held for hours.
They never answer no matter what time of day. 541-951-9234 is my number feel free to call me. I have left messages both email and voice mail and still no response.
I purchased at Costco and thought costco sold reputable items questioning that now.100 words well I dial all times of day and still noone ever answers
