So I order a product on dec 4 2017 said it would be delivered dec 12 call Lorex to be told it's in the warehouse then called Amazon pay to cancel to find it was never charge to my card cancel with Amazon pay tells me they never even had the product if you ask me. Here a company that says it has a product that it doesn't stock ,a product that cost a lot of money and there's no way to track it. If you try and talk to customer service online there is none there says there talking to others every single day
