Lorex - Return policy
I have tried to return a power supply that I ordered and the wrong one was delivered. I initiated a return, got a confirmation # and now they are asking me for a tracking number to see if they received it or not.
They will not confirm weather they received it or not. I gave them their Order #, Ticket#, and return authorization # . They want the tracking # that I purchased from the post office. That is between me and the post office.
No help from customer support. I don't know what to do?
I know it is only 23 dollars, but now it is the principle behind the business practices and I need help to get my money. Thanks
