We purchased this security system in Jan 2017 and it did not work properly. It kept tripping the circuits causing the wifi to go out.

After 8 months of calls and emails we got a supervisor who spent 2 hours on the phone with us and finally discovered the pug in with the unit was meant for a smaller unit. It kept causing brown outs. It is October now and we are still waiting for the replacement part. Tried to call customer service and the published phone number does not work.

We are going to rip the entire system out Nd send it back with a bill for the replacement system we had to buy.

We can't do this until spring so if we are robbed while we are gone we will bill them for that too!!!! Don't do business with this company!

Preferred solution: I want the replacement part they promised us two months ago"!!!!!!$.
