Not resolved

I just bought a Lorex security system last week, but needed some software help that probably would've taken little or no time to work through. Well, I was on hold for one hour.

I then called back and got on a 30 minute "call back" list, but the call was returned two hours later - I fell asleep. Getting Lorex customer service on the phone is akin to winning the lottery - good luck.

I will hire a third-party vendor for Lorex customer support if I can't get a hold of them next week. They've been around for awhile, so I'm not sure whey someone hasn't corrected the problem.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
