Lorex received my unused, unopened security camera back on December 27, 2016.I paid for the return shipping with insurance and tracking.
They acknowledge that they received it when I spoke to a representative, but it still doesn't indicate that on my online account. I have contacted them 4 times since then and I am STILL waiting for my refund! I wish I had read researched the company before ordering the item. There are SO MANY negative reviews and complaints similar to mine.
They are a bunch of crooks! Time to contact the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General. UGH!
Stay away from this company.They have the absolute worst customer service!
