We bought a brand new DVR directly from Lorex.

The Flir Cloud Client will not open on a new Windows 10 laptop.

Try open it and it closes immediately.

Agent connected remotely, tried removing and reloading the client, checked registry settings, etc.

Ended up saying that there was a "Problem with Windows on the computer." She said the client works great.

I find the customer service personell are unable to solve any connection cocerns and keep cutting off the connection I had with them, when you final get connected again even with the ticket no. you have to imput all the info again .

you are unable to talk to the same person . very frustrating.
