i paid for 3 day shipping.still has not shipped 5 days later.

4 reps tell me they i have no idea--put me on hold and get no answer. customer service is a joke!!! even tried chatting on-line on the web site-- no help there either, all he could say is system down call customer service. this will not get me anywhere either.

im not calling customer service anymore.

i will not set on hold and get no answers.i am going to get the shipping costs reimbursed!!!
