Purchased camera system. It was installed for a few weeks and the NVR stopped working.

Called customer service, got the run around. They were supposed to send me an email. Email never arrived. Called again, got the email, sent back the info they requested.

Didn’t hear anything for a week. Called again and after being on hold for over 10 minuets got hung up on.

Called back and was advised no email was received and I would need to go through the process again. NO WAY!!!
